Refund policy

Unfortunately, Wickedless does not accept returns or refunds due to all items being limited edition and made as ordered. 

The only reason for a refund is if Wickedless sent a damaged product (not done due to postage) or wrong size or colour. We will ask you for the proof of this by sending us a picture. 

You've got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

We may accept an exchange of sizing if we have available stock and the item has not been worn or damaged. In this case, the customer will need to pay for their own postage to the warehouse and postage back to themselves for the new item to be shipped to them. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. 

To start a return, you can contact us at wickedlessss@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund item.
